Trick or Treat

Happy Halloween Everyone!!

The pics you see are from the inaugural ball for WFU's new President. As you can see we had a great time. I was definitely glad that I stayed in town for it.

This past weekend Adam had lasik surgery. It went really well and he can now see 20/15, which he is really excited about.

It is now cold at night in Winston. The temp is down in the 40s. For all you Northerners I know this doesn't sound too cold, but for me it might as well be freezing. Suchi and I decorated the house last night with lots of cobwebs and pumpkins. I can't wait to see all the little trick-or-treaters. Hopefully Suchi and I don't eat all the candy before they can get there.

Suchi and I were pondering the age old question yesterday at Wal-Mart..."Why is it that everything that is bad for you tastes so good." This past weekend Adam compared me to a crack addict citing that he had never seen someone so addicted to chocolate. I think I have a disorder :)

I got to play basketball saturday against my old team. It was so much fun. Needless to say I was way rusty, but not that bad out of shape. My body hurt quite a bit the next day though. I like their new coach and can't wait to see how their season pans out.

Right now I'm just getting ready for an interview and to defend my thesis proposal. Lots going on in the next few weeks.
