TGIF

So Friday has finally arrived, the folks just stopped by much refreshed after showers. They have been primitive camping in Wyoming for the past week, so they had no running water or electricity. I'm not sure exactly what they were thinking when they signed on for that one.

I finished up my stories this morning and have since been doodling my time away doing this and that...basically whatever I can find to keep myself a little busy.

Last night we (Roomie, Canadian, Peter) volunteered at a goalball tournament, which is a sport for blind athletes. It is amazing what they can do. I've now decided I want to learn the sport, although I have a feeling I'm way too much of a wuss to do it. They basically can't see anything and just throw their bodies in front of a ball with bells in it, in order to stop it from entering the net. CrAzY!

The quote of the night would be when we were walking back to the dorm and Lindsay said there were an awful lot of albinos at the tournament. Then my dearest roomie said "I thought there were some really pale people at that tournament."

This weekend I am unfortunately going to miss the intern trip to Denver...boooo, but my parents are in town so we will be doing a lot of sightseeing....yeaaaa! Hopefully I will get to see Batman Begins at the Imax theater in town because I've heard it's awesome. That is a possible Tuesday night event.

Other than that nothing too exciting has happened today. By Sunday night there should be stories galore and blackmail pictures on everyone that goes to Denver! I can't wait! haha
